The first Gundam series to be played on your Mobile devices.

I am a mecha fan, especially the Gundam series, and I have been waiting for this game especially on mobile.

So what’s my take on this game? Well if you play gacha type of games then this fits you.

Gundam Battle: Gunpla Warfare (or Gundam Breaker Mobile in Japan) is a 3D mecha action and collection-based game where you build your own custom Gunpla (portmanteau of Gundam Plastic) to be used for battle.

From the first Gundam series to the latest ones like the Iron Blooded Orphans, as long as you are familiar with Gundams, this game is awesome.

My first custom kitbashed Gunpla

First up, I will start with the pros of the game:

  • I like the gameplay because you can build and paint your own Gunpla model to be used for battle.
  • This game is free, but you can buy in-game items such as Haro Chips (this can be used to acquire new parts) and other in-game items.
  • There is an auto function where you can put your model to auto-pilot.
  • If you think battles take a lot of time and batteries, then you can finish the battle again using skip tickets as long as you cleared all the missions.
  • Gundam parts and events are updated weekly.

Then we proceed to the cons:

  • As mentioned, the game drains a lot of battery, so I would suggest you to fully charge your device before playing this.
  • Because the graphics is 3D, you might also need to use a faster internet connection.
  • If you’re new to gacha gaming, you might require a lot of patience, especially if you don’t get a part of your favorite Gunpla.
  • Avoid multitasking because once the app refreshes while doing a mission, then your EN (energy) will be reduced but the mission will remain unfinished.

Overall, I recommend this app for Gunpla afficionados and other players that just want to try the game.
