Summary of the Monster Hunter Virtual Event for April 2021

It’s been a month since Monster Hunter Rise was released on March 26, 2021 worldwide. Currently, I am just waiting for a new update to slay new monsters, forge new armors while grinding for talismans and weapons.

For the last week of April, before the updates rolls out for Monster Hunter Rise, Capcom and the Monster Hunter team brought us a sneak peek of the Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin, a turn-based RPG which is the story of the flightless Rathalos that joins the hunters and the riders for the adventure

Apex Diablos

Apex Rathalos

Elder Dragon Teostra

Kushala Daora

Chameleos

Standard quests are added for hunting the existing apex monsters.

Because we got new monsters, we also have new armors and weapons.

Re-edit your characters appearance using character vouchers that can be acquired via Nintendo eShop.

Paid DLC: Voice options so you can sound like Fugen and Minoto.

New layered armor for hunters and buddies.
New gestures and stickers.
New hairstyles.

New event quests will be available for free after title update which can be playable many times even offline.

HR (Hunter rank) cap is unlocked so after the update, once you are done beating the crap out of Narwa, you will receive an urgent quest for HR8. Once HR cap is unlocked, you can be able to forge layered armors.

There is also a crossover for MH Stories 2 and MH Rise. If you have a Monster Hunter Rise data, you will receive a Kamura Armor for MH Stories 2. You will recieve a Rider armor for MH Rise if you have Monster Hunter Stories 2.

Monster Hunter Rise update will be rolled out on April 28, 2021 and Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin will be released on July 9, 2021 worldwide.
