First and foremost, I am not a fan of simulation games until Animal Crossing: New Horizons came along. So what’s with this game that I could not stop playing with this?
As I started playing this game, some of my experienced friends give me items and bells (money in ACNH). We also do the following things:
- Visiting someone’s island to temporarily get items in order to be added to our catalog.
- You may also buy something from another player’s island that cannot be found in your island.
- You may buy turnips (compared to stocks in real life) at a low price, then sell turnips at a higher price from someone’s island.
- Get items from other island that cannot be seen from the your island (catalog, fish, plants, etc.).
Decorate your island by adding up items, flowers, and trees in order to acquire Terraforming/Island Designer App from Tom Nook once you reached 3 star rating.
For me, this game exceeds my expectations. Addicting is an understatement because I played this game in the morning, afternoon, and night.
If I were you, create a group, communicate, ask for turnip prices, items, etc. You may also host an event like Catalog, shooting star, or shopping.
Also, you may also check your Nook Miles rewards and redeem them in the ABD or ATM in real life.
